Shrink Sleeves

Triflex supplies fully printed heat shrink sleeves that can be used to decorate a variety of container shapes, whether they be glass, metal or plastic.

Our in-house graphics team are available to take designs from concept through to reality using our facility to ‘pre-distort’ artwork to suit the shape of the container.

A wide choice of substrates are available to suit all containers, including PET, PVC, OPS and PLA. Tamper evidence can be built into all films.

Print options include UV flexo, up to 8 colours and 7 colour reel fed offset litho. The printed film is then seamed using the latest seaming machines which glue the web into a tube. Perforations can be applied at this stage to provide a tamper evident feature.

As with all our printed business, printed shrink sleeves benefit from the focus on our short run, fast turnaround philosophy, which is facilitated by base film stockholding and in house plate making.
